WHY: What I liked about this print campaign is that it reminded me of my grandmother and what she used to do. She never threw out aluminum boxes or cans, and always found a good use for them.

WHY: This tackles a real issue in our society: school dropout rates. Whirlpool + Digitas stepped up to the challenge and discovered that not having clean clothes affects a child's spirit and as a result, forces them to stay at home instead of going to school.
By placing a washer and dryer at schools, attendance and student's spirits went up. A data-driven insight lead to a simple solution to a complicated issue.
